Partners Circle

The Partners Circle offers different opportunities for members to engage with the students of PreSchool Partners, help with fundraising efforts for our Children’s and Parent Programs, and raise awareness for our program in the community.   Whether you are able to devote one hour a year, one hour a month, or one hour a week – we have something for you!

There is NO requirement other than a once-a-year membership fee of $50.

The membership fees allow PreSchool Partners to provide enrichment activities that are not covered in the annual budget.  These activities reinforce our mission of equipping 3 and 4-year-old children with the skills necessary to achieve school readiness. Yearly membership also includes an invitation to you and your children/grandchildren to participate in a few events at PreSchool Partners.

The Partners Circle will also help with our new fundraiser, the Wig & Stache Bash, on October 20th at the Florentine.  This event will feature a silent auction, live music, cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres. In keeping with the festive spirit of October, guests are encouraged to wear wigs, mustaches and an array of other disguises. Proceeds from sponsorships, ticket sales, and silent auction items will all benefit PreSchool Partners.

Weekly Opportunities – serve as a tutor or learning center volunteer in a 3 or 4-year-old classroom, make copies for teachers, help in the library

Monthly Opportunities – serve as an enrichment volunteer in a 3 or 4-year-old classroom, help plan one of the fundraisers

Yearly Opportunities - serve as an enrichment volunteer in a 3 or 4-year-old classroom, stuff envelopes, work a fundraising event

Receipt of your dues will indicate your commitment to join the Partners Circle. All correspondence will be made via email. Please mail $50 dues, payable to PreSchool Partners, by October 1st to PreSchool Partners, 4447 Montevallo Road, 35213 or go to our website, and click on the donate now button. Please contact Lella Hamiter if you interested in joining the Partners Circle at [email protected].
